Currently serving families across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, our services are designed to provide dependable care, companionship, and personalised support that enhances quality of life while preserving dignity and independence
What sets MED-ANGEL apart is our belief that caregiving is more than a profession—it is a responsibility that requires compassion, resilience, and emotional maturity. While technical caregiving skills are essential, we invest extensively in preparing our caregivers to understand the realities and challenges of home-based care. Through focused training on empathy, communication, emotional well-being, and professional ethics, we equip our caregivers to become trusted companions and reliable support systems for families.
MED-ANGEL also serves as a platform for social impact by creating meaningful employment opportunities for young people, particularly women and individuals from marginalised communities. Through training programs anchored in Mon District, Nagaland, and future satellite centres, we develop a skilled workforce ready to meet India’s growing demand for home healthcare services. Working in partnership with hospitals, NGOs, healthcare agencies, and referral networks, we connect trained caregivers to rewarding career opportunities while addressing one of the country’s most critical healthcare needs.
