At Medezer Foundation, we believe that every young girl carries within her the spark of creativity and potential. In the remote and underserved Mon District, where many dropout children face academic struggles and limited opportunities, SOUL CRAFT emerges as a beacon of hope. This livelihood training program introduces young girls to the beauty and value of local arts and crafts, enabling them to build sustainable skills and earn a dignified living. Rooted in tradition yet forward-looking in purpose, SOUL CRAFT not only nurtures talent but also empowers participants to reclaim their agency, turning their hands into instruments of change and self-reliance.
At Medezer Foundation, we believe that lasting change begins with an informed and engaged community. Through our close-knit network of dedicated community volunteers and well-wishers across villages, we run Community Awareness Programs that foster dialogue, build knowledge, and encourage responsible living. These initiatives aim to remind individuals of their role in shaping healthier societies while also empowering them to understand and demand their rights—especially the right to accessible and equitable healthcare. By staying rooted in the community, Medezer ensures that awareness is not a one-time event but a continuous journey toward collective well-being.
Method: School workshops, peer clubs, parent engagement
